    San Miguel de Allende

    Viñedo San Lucas

One of the five real state projects from the family of Santisima Trinidad.

Mailen Obon, an Argentinian winemaker, will confirm that passion and precision are synonyms of the perfection of women.

    Vinícola Toyán

This is the only winery with an underground cave, over 45 ft deep ! For the owners, everything has a reason and a meaning, so mythology stands out and you’ll be able to see it all along the visit among gargoyles, monks and aztec beliefs.

    Viñedo Dos Búhos

This ranch has been with the same family for over 60 years !. Their vineyard is one of the oldest of San Miguel de Allende. They not only are organic but also they produce only natural wines and have over 15 different grape varieties !

    Viñedo San Miguel

A beautiful vineyard planted in the hillsides, Viñedo San Miguel has over 120 acres of productive vines. It will become the biggest vineyard and winery in the state of Guanajuato, as they are planning to expand their vineyard to 240 acres !

    Cava Garambullo

Branko and Natalia (a Bosnian and Mexican couple) know everything you want to know about wine, terroir and specially natural wines, which are their speciality. They also are the advisors of most of the wineries in the whole region.

    Hacienda San José Lavista

The whole project starts as a family business. An architect designed his own winery (beautiful and practical since the first glance). Not only the hacienda is remarkable, but their wines are an amazing expression of the Guanajuato “terroir”.

    Dolores Hidalgo

    Tres Raíces Winery

Alejandra Cordero, one of the youngest winemakers of the country, started this project. In 2021 the project was taken back by Fabricio and Agostina, a couple of recognized enologists from Argentina. The whole winery will inspire you luxury and fine wines to taste !

    Santísima Trinidad

This is the first residencial vineyard/winery of the family of San Lucas and Senderos vineyards. Planted in 2012, they have 128 acres of not only vineyard but also lavender and olive trees. You can taste their wines and also their amazing olive oil. Mailen Obon is responsible for their extraordinary wines

    Viñedo los Arcángeles

Ulises is a young enologist who studied in Montpellier, Germany and Washington for an International Vitiviniculture Master Degree. The way he takes care of his vines and wines is reflected in their quality.

They also have a craft brewery on site.

    Bernat Vinícola

Álvaro’s passion for wine drove him to earn his degree at UC Davis. When he came back, he started his family project with respect and a lot of care. In addition to wine grapes they also have table grapes at his beautiful vineyard with a sustainable philosophy  !

    Cuna de Tierra

Cuna de Tierra is the oldest vineyard and first winery of the region, recognized nationally and internationally. It started with Juan Manchón and Ignacio Vega, and now their sons, Juan Manchón and Ricardo Vega, continue their legacy.

    Cavas Manchón

Juan Manchón Sr. was a pioneer in viticulture and enology. He’s the reason why wine has become part of the culture of Guanajuato. His son, Juan Manchón, has a doctoral degree in enology, and he is a consultant for several wineries of the region.
