      We were amazed at the extensive and delicious gourmet menu at this restaurant (food truck) in Colonia Guadalupe. We even had bok choy with garlic……..a dish that is hard to find here in San Miguel. For now they are only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1:30pm to 9:30pm. Give you taste buds a new treat at Mio Bistrock at Calle Julian Carrillo #7. Their cell number is 554-505-9212. PS: It is right around the corner from Via Organica. Enjoy! Annie and Jake
