Los Senderos property now offers 3 fabulous restaurants. Barrica de Fuego, the Smoke House, is just wonderful!
We enjoyed another fabulous dinner there last night – Jim had the prime rib, cooked perfectly, marinated ; I had the chicken, marinated for days, char grilled,smoked and to die for. We also had a tuna and salmon ceviche app with crispy toasts that was just too good. The atmosphere, outside kind of, is romantic and sophisticated. The staff is well chosen and trained, speak English and are charming as well. We are so happy to have this fab restaurant close enough to walk to.
It’s owned and run by Santisima Trinidad, so the wines are also yummy. It’s just behind the vineyards on the right as you’re going to La Playa, open Thurs – Sunday..
