An honors graduate of the University of Texas, Crystal leveraged her public relations degree into an early career with the TV show Hollywood Insider, producing interviews and working with names from Bruce Willis to Jodie Foster. That work inspired her continued love of acting and singing, and Crystal is a well-known local actress with several of San Miguel’s theater groups. Crystal proves successful at her goal of injecting enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity into her daily career of teaming successful home sellers with anxious buyers, leading to a productive jump-start of her early career at Coldwell Banker. When I got ready to list my home, I contacted several real estate agents to see what they thought of my home. Most were less than excited about the prospects. Except for Chrystal Calderoni. She thought that my home was a good buy and was excited to have it as a listing
So for this project, Chrystal teamed up with Christian Malik with Caldwell Banker Smart. In less than a month and several showings, a buyer was found and the sale was completed. I could not have been more pleased with Chrystal and Christian’s professionalism and thoroughness with the whole process. I recommend them both unreservedly.

I first met Crystal Calderoni when she approached me about listing my house after seeing my advertisement on Facebook. The first thing I noticed about her was her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. She was a go-getter and had the qualities of what I was looking for in a realtor. She crossed every “T” and dotted every “I”. She promoted my house many times at the AMPI meetings, made flyers promoting my house and was constantly in touch with me every step of the way She was diligent about showing and promoting my house. About three days after the buyers signed a contract to buy my house, I became ill. Crystal came to my rescue. She took me to the hospital, checked me in, filled out all the paperwork. She stayed with me for many hours that day. I was in the hospital for one week. Crystal made many visits, kept me updated with the buyer’s requests and always managed to cheer me up. If any realtor ever deserved a commission, Crystal was at the top of the list. Her hard worked paid off….she didn’t miss a beat! The paperwork involved in selling a home is daunting. There are so many forms to sign when selling a house in Mexico, including providing proof that I actually lived in the house, paying taxes on capital gains, legal matters concerning compensation for maids and gardeners and many other requirements by law. These things were all handled by Crystal. I cannot imagine anyone ever wanting to do a FSBO.
