  • Transpersonal Psychology focuses on human potential rather than dysfunction, honoring the entire spectrum of human experience, and considering how we may foster the fulfillment of our highest human potential. Transpersonal psychology combines (a) behavioral, (b) cognitive, (c) humanistic, and (d) depth psychology, as well as Eastern and Western philosophy, mysticism, mindfulness, and spirituality across cultures.

I facilitate solution-focused psychosynthesis work, end-of-life support, integrative grief therapy, women’s circle group work, dream circles, individual dreamwork, and individual consultation to support you in uncovering and defining your potential, and to guide you in manifesting your authentic self so you may live and peacefully leave your most vibrant, joyful, and meaningful life. My approach is tailored to your needs. I am fully bilingual Spanish/English; conversant French and Portuguese.

    Areas of Specialization:

    • loss and grief support
    • end of life support
    • trauma recovery and PTSD support
    • anxiety relief and depression support
    • women’s psychology
    • transpersonal crisis or spiritual emergency
    • personal potential and life purpose
    • creativity and innovation
    • sleep and waking dreams
    • ecopsychology and equine-assisted therapy

I also facilitate a transpersonal process for individuals and groups, online and in person, to aid you in better understanding your active embodiment of the creative process as a way of life.

My method incorporates elements of psychosynthesis, degriefing, embodiment practices, authentic movement, QiGong, creative connection through expressive arts, life purpose and legacy work, sleep and waking dreams, applied imagination, and the transpersonal resonance of archetypes, myths, and symbols.

My approach to dreamwork is a combination of archetypal and projective dreamwork, applied imagination, embodiment, active dreaming, and expressive art approaches to dreams and dreaming.  I facilitate individual dreamwork processes as well as collective dreamwork in groups.
