Les Femmes Gallery is an online gallery specializing in art work that celebrates the beauty of women. All art work is currently by Anthony Maulucci. At the present time we are not accepting work by other artists but hope to do so in the near future.
The global media bombards us with images of conventionally beautiful women, with polished, plasticized faces covered in make-up, but there’s a natural beauty in every woman if you know how to look for it. This gallery features the natural, sensual, soulful beauty to be found in all women.
The gallery is designed to be a collection of portraits of women, representing their natural beauty, sensuality, psychology, emotions, and archetypes. It is my intention to keep this an online gallery only for the time being. However, I have not ruled out a possible bricks-and-mortar space in San Miguel de Allende to exhibit my work should there be sufficient interest to warrant such a development.

Remarkable art!
I’d like to publicly congratulate Anthony Maulucci for having the guts and the foresight to offer his artwork without any frills or fripperies — by that I mean no wine-and-cheese incentives to get people to look at your art — I think it takes a lot of courage, self-confidence and belief in your work, which he seems to have in spades, and legitimately, since I think his paintings are beautiful and can certainly stand alone.
Online galleries seem to be the wave of the future, from what I can see. Large brick and mortar galleries may go the way of chain bookstores. So, for San Miguel, at least, Anthony is spearheading an important major change in the way art is viewed here. His approach seems just right for the times — first you view the work online in privacy, then you make an appointment
to take a closer look. Makes perfect sense to me. That’s the process I used when I bought one of his paintings, and I love it!
