The house on the corner of Codo and Tenerías streets has been under construction for a long time, they started to work on it in 2020 and have not finished yet.

On the door there is a banner that says that they are restoring it, that they are rescuing an old and historic building, of which the municipality does not give information of what is being done, only the INAH had indicated that they denied the permit to the owners, because apparently it was for the construction of a new hotel.
