Research has shown that most Expats haven’t given much thought to “end-of-life choices” while living in a Foreign County. Many assume that they will pass before their spouse and have told their spouse what they want, but nothing is legally written down.  About half have said they plan to return to their native county without understanding what is involved legally.

End of life issues such as real estate, bank accounts, investments and family make it necessary to take steps to make sure that your wishes will be respected in Mexico.

There are many things that you can do now, so that others aren’t burdened with the arrangements of your death while they are still grieving.

That is the point of end-of-life planning.  It is a way to have your last wishes honored if you are unable to make choices for yourself in the event of your passing.

We invited Betzabeth Hernandez from INMTEC Legal Services to tell us about their “After Live Services” program.

INMTEC’s “After Life Services” is program that provides peace of mind, certainty and dignity in all matters dealing with your end-of-life decisions.

Betabeth is Attorney & Director of Residential Closings at INMTEC Legal Servies.  She has a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Amparo from Universidad Iberoamericana León.

Join us this this Tuesday, July 26 at 9:30 AM and welcome Betzabeth Hernandez to learn about End-of-Life Planning Mexico style.
