San Miguel prepares for Millesime GNP Weekend

    Salón Millesime is already a guarantee of the best cuisine in Mexico by the most creative chefs. During nine editions they have managed to create a community of foodies, food fans, critics and much more. They all come together with a common goal: to enjoy the best food Millesime can offer and have a great time.

    Now, Millesime GNP leaves the capital and heads to San Miguel de Allende for a weekend like you’ve never experienced it before. Imagine the terraces of San Miguel at sunset, enjoy the best cocktails while the sun sets and enjoy with friends before going to the world-famous restaurants of San Miguel for a menu prepared especially for that occasion.

    It is an event where you can enjoy the beauty of San Miguel de Allende and the comfort of the proximity between the different locations. Four days in which San Miguel de Allende will become a catwalk of haute cuisine.

    Diners will be able to live unique experiences: sensory tastings, dinners of international chefs, premium mixology, showcooking with the best chefs in Mexico, gourmet products and a staging that will vibrate their senses. This year, Millesime GNP Weekend will be divided into three:

    Garden

    The great festival of gastronomy, a tent with 1,800 m2 of pure enjoyment where you can taste the best of Mexico. A selection of 12 of the best national chefs cooking live, cocktails with the most premium spirits, the most sought-after wines, the most exclusive gourmet products and live music to round off a unique experience. The chefs who will be at Garden are:

    Cenas de altura

    Unique and very complete gastronomic experiences. They start at 7.30pm with a fun sunset cocktail on the ROOFTOP with the best sunsets in the city. This cocktail will be offered by the host chef and Diageo’s premium cocktails. Later at 9pm, they will go to the restaurant where they will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu with an incredible pairing.

    Tierra y Fuego

    An event in a magical enclave: the small and elegant bullring of San Miguel de Allende. A celebration of the local gastronomy in a relaxed atmosphere where you can also enjoy the best live music. In the arena we can taste the best products, wines and beers from the hand of a selection of the most renowned chefs of San Miguel de Allende.
