    The most important gastronomic event in the country will be held from May 26 to 29 with more than 20 Chefs cooking live, dinners with International Chefs, tastings and premium mixology, among other activities. The Rosewood Hotel will be the main venue.

    With the participation of the most renowned chefs in the country and two international guests, from May 26 to 29, Millesime GNP Weekend will be held for the first time in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, which will be headquartered at the Rosewood Hotel.

    Manuel Quintanero Jiménez, ceo of Milesime, explained that this new platform will be more social and will be open to the public, contrary to the Mexico City edition that is more corporate, “having as a framework an avant-garde and cosmopolitan colonial city recognized as a gourmet destination, offering its visitors art, culture, fashion and incredible boutique hotels”, Said.

    The executive explained that, at the main venue of this celebration, the Rosewood Hotel, attendees can be immersed in an experience that we have called Garden. There, chefs, mixologists, wine cellars and producers of local and national inputs, will be the ingredients of a unique experience. Similarly, during the four days of Millesime GNP Weekend, the High Altitude Dinners will be held with the presence of chefs Ricardo Sanz, from the Ricardo Sanz group in Bulla from Grupo La única, and Tomás Kalika, from the Mishiguene restaurant in Buenos Aires in Tené Latin Cuisine, from the Casa 1810 Collection Group. On the participation of sponsors, Quintanero explained that they are the companies that have always believed and supported the project such as GNP, Diageo, American Express, who will present a fabulous canteen, Monogram and Lincoln, which celebrates 100 years of elegance and innovation, activating the roads to San Miguel with its latest models. Millesime GNP Weekend and spera the participation of local visitors, as well as from nearby cities: CDMX, Querétaro, Guanajuato, Guadalajara and San Luis Potosí, who will have the opportunity to live unique experiences: sensory tastings, dinners with international chefs of the highest renown, premium mixology, live show cooking, all this surrounded by a fabulous staging.
