A private subdivision that will have 640 homes aimed at middle and upper-middle class clients (with a mainly international market) to be promoted by the World Trade Center (WTC) group, a first-class ballroom, and a “first world” private hotel and hospital, was presented this morning by Governor Diego Sinhué and investors to be built in San Miguel de Allende. Its name:

At the event organized by state and municipal authorities, Jesús Otero, an investor coming from the city of León, said that the WTC-branded Convention Center would be within the private subdivision to be built on a 90-hectare site, which will include a village where they will build 640 homes.

“It is a PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT that will be where the boulevard announced by the Governor (Diego Sinhué) passes through. It is totally private and will have a beautiful village that will have access for those who want to see it,” said Jesús Otero, one of the investors.

The convention center will occupy 3.5 hectares. The private project will be invested in 350 million dollars ($7,061 million 568,500 Mexican pesos).

    DETAILS BY THE INVESTOR:

“It is a mixed project, it has two significant footprints, one where a hospital, a first-class hotel, and a first-class party hall will be located. On the other side will be the WTC, sheltered by housing and in the center a village (housing) and a commercial part with a ‘first world’ perishable store,” said Otero.

The “first world” subdivision will be located on the land in front of La Burger on the Dolores-San Miguel de Allende highway and will benefit from the Libertad Boulevard, announced the last triennium by Diego Sinhue, which he says will have a bicycle path.

The San Miguel de Allende-Dolores Hidalgo highway is the so-called Liberty Boulevard, which according to the Governor, the Federation has already handed it over to the State, so the National Guard will no longer guard it and the Guanajuato State Police will be in charge.

It is the same one that is going to plant many many tabachines, with many many jacarandas, for you to pass in your bike or car, in front of this private place.
