The municipal government designated a resource of 600,000 pesos to grant economic incentives to administration officials who participated in the Day of the Dead operation, in recognition of their commitment during these busy days.
With the presence of personnel from Police, Transit and Mobility, Transportation, Civil Protection, Public Services and Quality of Life, as well as Environment and Sustainability, President Mauricio made the symbolic delivery of economic stimuli in the esplanade of the presidency, for their outstanding work from October 29 to November 2.
“It was very heavy, we had the long weekend and the vaccination day. There was a white balance and that is something to brag about, to be proud of. They are a great team. It marks the awakening of tourism in San Miguel de Allende. Prevention was very good. I want to recognize you through an incentive. I count on you and you can count on me without a doubt,” said Mayor Mauricio to the officials present in the esplanade of the Municipal Administrative Building.
During the symbolic handover, Trejo Pureco continued to exhort them to make a daily effort as on this occasion and, if so, it will continue to be reflected in their income via payroll, to the extent that municipal finances allow, he said.
Present at the symbolic act were Public Safety Secretary Gabriel Yáñez, Transit, and Mobility Commissioner Jorge Salas, Civil Protection Director Roberto Pérez, Public Services and Quality of Life Director José Luis Pérez and Environment and Sustainability Director Alejandro Castro.
