Downtown San Miguel becomes beautiful; decorations are installed for the independence celebrations

Downtown San Miguel de Allende is getting beautiful for the Independence Day celebrations, since Thursday, public services and lighting employees are working on the installation of tricolor decorations in and around the main square.
In the streets of the main square: Canal, Cuna de Allende, Humarán, Hidalgo, San Francisco, and Correo, as well as on the facades of buildings adjacent to the Jardín, there are already installed several decorations allusive to Mexico’s independence festivities, elements such as the traditional campaigns of the shouting ceremony, the figure of Ignacio Allende, the letters of “Viva México” and the shield of the national flag appear, among other elements that give identity to the country.
This year new elements have been added, there are silver flowers with golden, red, and green details, reiletes and figures that resemble the Mayan clock, and several torches.
