Downtown bars seem to be out of control

The old houses of the Historic Center have become bars, where drums and drums of music bands rumble, there is live music, exceeding the allowed decibels, even the hours to be playing in an area where people still live.

Over the weekend they reported noise from the Plaza de Hernandez Macias, La Mara in Nemesio Diez (in front of the Rosewood), the Mecado Carmen on Pila Seca, Tupinamba, La Onza, Chicago, places like La Canti, La Chule, and several more that are downtown, it seems that they are out of control.
