    In response to the health contingency and in order to preserve the traditions of the Patriotic Month, the ceremony of the Cry of Independence will be held behind closed doors; from 06:00 P.M. on September 15, access to the main square of the city will be restricted.

    The objective is to avoid crowds, therefore, this important event will be broadcast from the Casa de Allende Historical Museum from 08:30 P.M., through a special program on radio, television, social networks and digital platforms.

    Once the scream is over, there will be fireworks from different parts of the city, so San Miguel residents are invited to be aware from their homes so that they can enjoy them, later, through the transmission there will be a musical number by the Mariachi “Tequila and Mezcal”.

    This temporary closure includes San Francisco streets (from the corner with Corregidora); Correo corner with Diez de Sollano; Cradle of Allende, Umarán, Relox and Canal corner with Hidalgo.

    The reopening of this area will be during the early hours of September 16. The call to citizenship is to act responsibly and respect the indications.
