Otomi Village Visit and Buffet Lunch

San Miguel de Allende includes 500 rural villages surrounding our beautiful city. Join us for an insightful glimpse into life in one of these rural villages: peek inside a church closed to the public, enjoy a flat short stroll along abandoned railroad tracks and enjoy a homemade buffet lunch prepared by the señoras of the community. All proceeds benefit the entrepreneurial women of the villages.

Lunch includes an amazing mole, vegetarian options and agua fresca. There will be a small market of handmade artesania and natural body products produced by a microenterprise collective of traditional healers.

You will need your own transportation (private driver or car) as we make multiple stops. We facilitate ridesharing if you don’t have your own vehicle.
