Lane Simmons is a broker at RE/MAX Colonial Real Estate where colleague Ron Walters is an agent. They have helped hundreds of sellers and purchasers navigate real estate transactions in Mexico. Lane Simmons is a Certified International Real Estate Specialist and a global member of the USA National Association of Realtors. He is a member and former board member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals here, and is also accredited by the Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development in the state of Guanajuato.
Ron Walters is originally from New Jersey, Ron has held a Real Estate License in West Palm Beach, FL for 19 years. Ron has also worked in marketing, sales and VP roles for multi-billion $$ companies like Oracle, ADP and Ceridian. He now lives in Tierradentro with his wife Rose, a licensed psychotherapist for many clients globally.
