Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Time 9:30am -10:30am suitable for beginners.Welcome to an extraordinary healing opportunity. Whether you are new to Tai Chi Qigong (Energy Cultivation) or have practiced for years, there is something here to enhance your quality of life. Qigong, is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation beneficial for health and longevity. Tai Chi Qigong slow movement and breathing is an effective way to reduce anxiety, stress and help you sleep better. If you exercise regularly or plan to start, this exercise is a great addition to your daily routine. Working it in could be the healthy one-two punch you need during stressful times.
This class is suitable for beginners and anyone who is not naturally flexible & specific attention has been paid to the mobility limitation. Classes are small, safe and personal so you enjoy close supervision. Some chairs available.

Lydia Wong is a brilliant teacher – I studied Chi-Yoga with her and it was a unique learning experience. I’ve studied QiGong, Tai Chi and Yoga in the past and this was the best of all 3 modalities. After each class I felt stronger and more limber, which is saying a lot for a 74-year-old body. I almost wanted to spend more time in San Miguel de Allende just so that I could continue to study with Lydia. The studio space that she has created is also brilliant, with the most amazing view of the reservoir. I would highly recommend San Miguel Tai Chi and Yoga. Lydia also offers individual healthcare treatments and I recommend that as well. Can’t wait to return!
