Sound Healing [] Esencia Yoga Spa

This experience is a perfect combination between the acoustic magic of pure sounds, silence, conscious breathing, the state of relaxation, frequencies and healing vibrations that together purify the inner energy and revitalize the vitality of the emotional, energetic, physical, and mental body.

In this session we will use a diverse and varied selection of magical instruments from different cultures such as quartz bowls, native flutes, kalimba, tuning forks, ocarinas, ayacaxtles, pahuehuetl, rain sticks, native singing, percussions, winds, strings, among others.

Requirements per person – a yoga mat, shawl, cushion, and glass to drink water.
The activity is done barefoot and with comfortable clothing.
