My Tai chi training program is designed into 2 Yin Yang program modalities, the Yang training is at the studio for balance and fitness and Yin training is on Zoom for cultivating better Qi flow for health, grounding and inner peace. QiYoga for flexibility and balance is held on Tuesday and Thursday for beginners.
