Buffet table: Fresh baked pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, granola, Molletes (toast with refried beans, broiled cheese and pico de gallo). Main dish. Your choice of: Huazontle or pumpkin flower Omelette Huevos Ahogados (baked beans with scrambled eggs and your choice of tomato, or green tomato sauce). Huevos Lolita (scrambled eggs served with creamy mushroom chipotle sauce). Huevos Motuleños (Fried eggs over a corn tortilla and ham, topped with tomato sauce, broiled Oaxaca cheese, with fried plantains and green peas). Huevos Rabos de Mestiza (Fried eggs over a corn tortilla and ham, topped with tomato sauce, chile Poblano and broiled Oaxaca cheese). Puntas de Filete al albañil (Beef steak tips in a spicy green tomato sauce with onion, Serrano Pepper, fresh cilantro and mushrooms). Pepito de Arrachera (grilled steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, refried beens and French fries on the side). Chilaquiles Verdes, Rojos, Morita o Lolita with 2 eggs, or shredded chicken breast.
