    Please join us for a 3-course full-service dinner, cocktails and appetizers at our new, beautiful outdoor event location in Los Frailes.

    Reservations are available from 5:30pm-9:00pm
    Limited seating is available and reservations and tickets are required.

    Locally grown mushrooms, shallots and garlic in
    a savory red wine sauce wrapped in puff pastry
    with a gorgonzola cheese sauce.

    Seared Scallops*
    Celery root cream and roasted beet puree
    with bacon wrapped asparagus

    Mains
    Crispy Fried Chicken
    Chicken soaked in lemony buttermilk brine, slow-baked
    and then double batter dipped and fried, served
    with crispy garlic and herbed black truffle oil.
    Accompanied by, grilled vegetable kabobs and pickles

    Slow-Cooked Beef Brisket*
    Tender brisket served with a porter beer and mustard sauce.
    Accompanied by, crispy pancetta and caramelized onion cheesy macaroni pasta and a roasted carrot and beet salad with candied pecans and maple thyme vinaigrette.

    Brûléed Banana Split *
    With 3 scoops of ice cream – Peanut butter, berry preserve swirl
    and vanilla, served over a brûléed banana with warm dark chocolate sauce,
    whipped cream and nut brittle.

    Layers of blueberry and lemon cheesecake mousse
    topped with lemon custard and salted pistachios
