    Chef Olivier Deboise and his team in aperi will welcome chef Adriana Urbina and mixologist Fabiola Padilla to exchange ideas and present a special menu for a single day.

    Based in New York City, Adriana Urbina is the founder of the catering company Tepuy Dining, and three times champion of the Food Network’s Chopped, becoming the only Latin American cook who has won the title.

    Adriana’s unique culinary spirit, eclectic and vibrant, is inspired by her Venezuelan heritage and having worked in the kitchens of Martín Berasategui, Mugaritz, Atera NYC and Rouge Tomate, among others.

    Fabiola Padilla, takes in her experience the passage through places like Cosme by chef Enrique Olvera and Daniela Soto-Innes and Diego – located inside Public Hotel both in New York. Soon he will open his bar in San Miguel BEKE B.
