Ki-taek is the patriarch of a poor family who lives in a low-rise flat in Seoul, paying the bills with precarious jobs and stealing the wi-fi of the neighbors. His situation changes one day when his son manages to be recommended to give private English classes at the Park’s house, a wealthy family. Using his ingenuity, the young man will manage to win the trust of the lady of the house, and in this way he will introduce, little by little, the rest of his relatives in different jobs of domestic service.It will be the beginning of an uncontrollable gear, from which no one will really come out unscathed.
