Este taller está pensado para comenzar cultivando en casa en espacios reducidos, aprovechando tus rincones, escaleras o azotea, donde sea. Además de embellecer tu espacio, puedes cosechar tu ensalada en casa. Hierbas para sazonar, germinados. Es un taller práctico donde aprenderás a germinar tus semillas, transplantar y entender las temporadas adecuadas para tus cultivos.

No importa el espacio, ¡Anímate a cultivar!sólo necesitas un rayo de sol.

Our mission

Via Organica AC is a Mexican non-profit organization whose mission is to promote healthy eating and sustainable future through the promotion of knowledge and practice of regenerative organic agriculture, fair trade, social justice, sustainable living and protecting the planet.   Via Organica is located in a groovy, art-y barrio on the north side of San Miguel (in Colonia Guadalupe). The store is much bigger than Natura and they have the largest selection of organic foods in San Miguel. They sell produce, meats, cheeses and other dairy products (or substitutes), packaged products, condiments and many items made in-house (like salsas, condiments, baked goods, etc.). They also have a small organic restaurant in the back. Via Organica is owned by a non-profit co-op that also has an organic farm.
