Join this event and learn how to make authentic Mexican Guisados. On the menu is a pork in red sauce (puerco en salsa roja), beef in green sauce (carne de res en salsa verde) and Mexican beans (frijoles charros).

Welcome to Locavore México! I am Amanda Rueda and my partner in life and business, my husband, is Javier Rueda. We live in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato with our two boys Cristian and Sebastian. We are thrilled to bring the tastes of my kitchen to the people of San Miguel de Allende.
