Virginia Harford is a 96 year old, prize-winning photographer who has been traveling and taking photos internationally for decades. Her original sepia photographs are now considered historical. Her portraits of Mexican people, and others, masterfully convey the humble, human joy she feels for her subjects.
Ms. Harford is also a certified teacher and practitioner of “T’ai Chi Chih”, a Chi Kung movement, and taught T’ai Chi in San Miguel de Allende. She has published two books, both available on Amazon: A Journey to Your Heart and Inner Chi for Energy, about the importance of Tai Chi Chih, which she taught for over 20 years. Virginia also co-edited The Crystal Sourcebook in 1987. It contains articles from 26 different crystal experts and has become a classic in its field.
