Within the framework of the 3rd Festival Del Mar a Tierra Adentro have joined Canirac Los Cabos and Canirac Delegation San Miguel de Allende to make an unprecedented marriage dinner with two Chefs from renowned restaurants of Cabos San Lucas and Chefs of San Miguel de Allende.

Cabos San Lucas Chefs are: Chef Edgar Roman from Cachet Beach Club Los Cabos and Chef Armando Montaño from Querencia Private Golf & Beach Club.

From San Miguel de Allende we will be accompanied by Chef Armando Prats from Chef Prats Banquetes, Chef Allen Williams from Food Factory – La Aurora and Chef Leonardo De La Sierra from San Miguel Gourmet.

It is a dinner with CAUSE, because the benefit will be donated to the rising Food Bank San Miguel de Allende A.C.

OUR MENU 5 COURSES.

First:
Alga Tostada with pressed Chicharrón Stew Avocado, wasabi and tomatillo cream. Roasted octopus. Poached mussels. Micro of coriander and radish flake.

Second:
Salmon and Callo terrine with Vinaigrette of Watercress.

Third:
Fishing of the Day (Robalo or Escolar or Swordfish whatever they get) sliced ​​foie torchada. Puree is cold smoked carrot with touches of habanero and citrus. Salad of fermented Wakame, edamames and Xoconostle. Beurre Blanc with foie gras (sauce).

Fourth:
