Christmas Week Civic Events

With the commitment to make culture the best tool for the dissemination of our values, the Municipal Government through the Directorate of Culture and Traditions announces the calendar of cultural events for Christmas week in the city.

The activities take place from Tuesday 24th to Sunday 29th December at different times and locations. Below is the program:

Tuesday, December 24

Public Inn Number Nine. It starts at 6pm at the Santa Ana temple towards the Main Garden. It goes through the streets of Insurgentes, Juárez, a small stretch of San Francisco, Corregidora, Correo and San Francisco to end up in Murillo.

Wednesday, December 25

Parade of floats. The parade will take place on the streets of Zacateros, Canal, Hernández Macías, Insurgentes, Pepe Llanos, Juárez, San Francisco and Portal Allende, starting at 7pm.

Thursday, December 26

Outdoor cinema with the film “The 3 Kings”, will be presented in the esplanade of the Atrium of the Parish of San Antonio.

Sunset Concert – “Rolling Stones Symphony”, at El Chorros at 6pm. Free admission.

Sunday, December 29

The play “CLICK” will be presented at the Angela Peralta Theatre, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon.

December 29 will be the last day to visit the Scale Model of the Main Railway Stations in the State at the Railway Station.  The exhibition will be open to the general public from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
