Signature member of the International Society of Experimental Artists and the National Collage Society for an exploration into the limitless world of Collage.
Begin by creating masterful messes with watercolor. Splash, drip, doodle. Put aside to dry and enjoy a fun filled demo of ripping, tearing, cutting and gluing to create a one of a kind watercolor collage.
Then it’s your turn! No fear, no mistakes: just have fun! I will present lots of examples of finished collages to help jump start your creative energy. Bring a spirit open to endless possibilities, some paint and glue. (See materials list)
MATERIALS
Pad Bristol paper, 11 x 14 or larger
Pigments – Tubes of watercolors Any Brand. You can get a cheap set on Amazon or Walmart
Brushes – watercolor brush medium size round or flat
Glue – any white glue such as Elmers, Sobo, or Craft glue
Scissors and/or exacto knife
Paper towels, paper plate, apron, water container
