Call for entries for the third edition of the song and dance contest [] La Casona San Miguel de Allende

The Instituto Municipal de Atención a la Juventud de San Miguel de Allende (IMAJSMA) is organizing, for the third consecutive year, the “Talento San Miguel” contest with the purpose of stimulating participation, creativity and bonding among the young people of the municipality.
The contest is open to young people between 12 and 29 years of age who are outstanding in the art of music as: performer, soloist, duo or band and in the area of dance individually or in groups.
Participants can register until March 9 by filling out and sending the registration form to the Facebook page, on the IMAJSMA app on IOS and Android and email: coordinacion.imajsma@gmail.com.
In the first stage of auditions, young people will be chosen the to pass to the semifinal, each participant will show their talent or artistic ability in a maximum time of 5 minutes, will be evaluated and qualified by a jury composed of four professionals of music and dance, providing the qualifying score.
The auditions will be held on March 11, 2021 at La Casona (Gran Salón) Camino Viejo al Panteón No. 9. Schedules Singing Category: 8:30am to 12:30pm Dance Category: 11:30am to 3:30pm
The prizes for the “Talento San Miguel” contest consist of: $10,000 pesos for first place, $5,000 pesos for second place and $3,000 pesos for third place.
