New this week on the menu at Vivali restaurant on Hernandez Macias, just past the Angela Peralta Theatre, are a wonderful selection of panini. My personal favorite is roast beef, but the chicken runs it a close second, and they also offer lamb and prosciutto. There is even a vegetarian option. All the panini some with an attractive mixed salad.
.
The prices for the panini are from 115 to 125 pesos and they are well worth it, but as a special, they do not qualify for the VIP discount.
There are a lot of good Italian restaurants in San Miguel, and Vivoli is one of our faves. It’s a cute white table-cloth restaurant with good service. They have a fairly extensive menu that is much more than pizza and pasta. They have some very good meat and seafood plates (with very generous portions). They also deliver.
