      There’s a great new Mexican + Seafood restaurant located on the ground level of the Stirling Hotel on Stirling Dickinson. Owner Enrique has combined his 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, from dishwasher to the head of Food & Beverage, with his own recipes to create Trina Cantina. The restaurant has indoor/outdoor dining, a full bar with an experienced bartender. All set in a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the Campo salad with shrimp and Battered Shrimp Tacos with Mango salsa. Delicious! Perfect for late night drinks under the stars…..
