Coffee shop where México is fused with a touch of turkey ?? / ??
-Art GalleryThis new place is a mix of Turkey and Mexico; of Istanbul and San Miguel de Allende. The specialty here is Turkish coffee, but you can also find every other variety of the beverage such as espresso, double espresso, cappuccino, café latte or their signature “café bombon” which is sweetened and topped with foamy milk. If you enjoy a touch of alcohol with your java, you can order an Irish coffee which includes a shot of whiskey and cream in the coffee; or a Bailey’s coffee that has the eponymous liqueur with some cream as well. All the coffees are wonderful because they use a good coffee from Chiapas as well as Turkish coffee. There are also teas of all sorts available here: chai, Moroccan tea, yogui, matcha, and several other flavors. To start your day we suggest you order your favorite coffee and have it with a bowl of Greek yoghurt with fruits, honey, granola, nuts, chia, and almonds.
The food here is a mix of Mediterranean cuisine with a Mexican touch. On the menu you will find ciabatta with salsa tumaca (tomato based), serrano ham, parmesan cheese and arugula. There is the Nordic ciabatta which comes with a Turkish salsa, smoked salmon, and arugula. The classic ciabatta is topped with queso panela, arugula, and tarragon. The house specialty is the toast haydari—Greek yogurt, Turkish salsa, avocado, and bean sprouts. Aside from all the fabulous drinks and the food, there is an art gallery here and you can enjoy the visuals as you have your meal. It’s all very friendly and will make you feel at home.
