As you walk along the beautiful streets of Centro, taking photographs here and there—something that’s hard to stop doing—it’s inevitable that you will feel hungry. You don’t need to go much farther, because just a few meters from the Parroquia, on Hidalgo 34, there is a cozy Mexican-style spot that puts a wide variety of dishes on your table. Gombos, has been adopted by the people of San Miguel thanks to its excellent atmosphere and delicious menu. This is not the only location, there is another branch at Tata nacho 2 in Colonia Guadalupe, which is open from 12- 9:30pm. There is still another at Salida a Celaya #67, with a schedule from 12-9:30pm; and still another in La Vista, on the way to Taboada at Rancho los Eucaliptos, open from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. At this last location there is a large area that is available to book for special events.
On several days of the week you can find special offerings that will allow you to share with your family and enjoy to the fullest the dishes that Gombos offers. On Mondays, for example pasta is at 2×1. Tuesdays the pizzas are 3×2, Wednesdays there are hamburgers.

I have had Gombos deliver their meat lasagna to me for years. Early September I paid 105 pesos and gave the delivery man a nice tip. Last night I ordered the same and was informed that there is now a minimum order of 195 pesos for delivery. Lasagna now costs 120 pesos. Ok. I’ll go along with that. So I also ordered the salad to get to the minimum. I was disappointed to see about 1/3 less lasagna as before and also less salad.
