Mary Has taken me thru two “prehabs” (very important), two hip surgeries and two full rehabs—very successfully.
She is very experienced with joint replacement work being from Colorado and very competent.
She comes to your house and actually works with you and then leaves you with a daily program which can be updated as you progress.
