Alan Michael was recommended by Be Well San Miguel and they were so right. It is slow progress for sure, but it is steady and reliable. In less than 8 months I am walking again like a real person after a great deal of surgery left me functionally a cripple. He knows his physiology backwards and forwards, is super encouraging, is entirely sensitive and so knows what you need and can do, and what you don’t and can’t. His office is in La Lejona, a couple of blocks behind La Comer. He can also come to your home if needed. Reasonable cost, cooperative scheduling, as kind and decent and sweet and smart a person as you’d ever want to meet. As you can tell, I think the world of him and what he has accomplished.
By the way, he also gives therapeutic exercise classes especially for people who have had severe physical issues such as surgeries or strokes. Friday mornings, 11 to 12:30, drop-in basis, in a room next door to Bridgestone Tire (near La Comer). Contact him for more precise directions.
