Imagine moonlit evenings in Morocco and decorative hints of Moorish Spain like faint strains of music from Andalucía woven into an elemental beauty: Berber carpets, embroidered fabrics, fine inlaid furniture, Islamic inspired tiles, reflections in a mirror from Marrakech, and your innermost dreams.
Casa Blanca 7 offers 10 sumptuously appointed rooms designed by Fisher Weisman. The sophisticated and luxurious suites feature Berber carpets, fine inlaid furniture and spacious marble bathrooms with rainfall showers. Thoughtful luxury is infused throughout — from entertainment on demand to the 400-threadcount Portuguese cotton linens and luxuriously embroidered Moroccan textiles.

Located on the ground floor of the newly opened Hotel Casa Blanca, this is an attractive cafe that features a great menu of Mediterranean meze or tapas. I loved sharing three vegetarian dishes for lunch with my friend. It is located in a 300-year old landmark building and is part of the growing group of local restaurants by chef Donnie Masterton. I am excited to try the upstairs restaurant, Fatima, after in opens. Juarez 7.
