In the way of yoga I have learned many things.
Yoga has taught me the way to healing, humility, dedication and dedication.
With yoga I have learned to harmonize the internal and external energies, to see how our habits and negative conditioning are transformed into nobler qualities with patience, observation, tolerance, fulfillment and dismissal.
Yoga has been my guru (the one who takes you from light to darkness)
He has taught me to embrace imperfection to walk through life with a more open heart, accepting that certain things in my life have not come out as I wanted, but this has taught me more about the mental limitations we all put ourselves and the Infinite possibilities in this life.
See what I have to live as something that is necessary for my evolution, my growth and transformation in this life.
All of these teachings have helped me find balance and calmness within uncertainty.
I have found in this way ways to alleviate my own suffering and that of others, to help others find their own voice, their own way is what inspires me to continue sharing this path with others.
In the dance I felt good moving but I did not have that internal connection that yoga has taught me to connect with my inner world.
In yoga I found great confidence to accept my body, which I had not achieved in the way of dance.
I want to continue sharing this path that I choose to walk the rest of my life in gratitude and accompanied by whoever wants to walk beside me on this path of self-discovery, joy, health and happiness.
