Tai Chi & Qigong increases awareness, promotes a sense of calm, and improves balance. Lydia offers personal mentoring, group classes and Personal Qigong therapy for health and Longevity. Each class promotes radiant health, enhance relaxation, balance and better sleep, no experience required.
