Under new ownership, San Miguel Solutions offers our management team’s past experience in online communication and systems to bring Solutions in 2022. This means you’ll receive information and updates on your shipments online without having to leave the house, and be able to pay for your services as needed from the comfort of your home – and get your packages delivered there as well.
We are also renovating our entire location at Recreo 11 to include a larger and friendly co-working space, additional services to support our community, and an overall easier to access, use and visit physical location. Our new bilingual staff is ready to help you and make your shipping and receiving needs crystal clear.

I did warn Angela that the 120 Christmas cards we mail each December might put a strain on the no charge for outgoing letters idea! Great to see such an energetic person take over a business in our town.

It’s easy to sign up, then conveniently receive mail, prescription medications and packages from USA. I have used other mailing services but this one is the best! Plus, if you love to read books, they have a cool library of books to pick from and exchange.

Solutions SMA is under new management, and it shows! The staff are helpful and friendly. The former mysteries surrounding the whereabouts of packages are a thing of the past. They have plans to expand their services in super useful ways too. Big thumb’s up from this client.

Change in management has made this company extraordinary. After years of waiting for packages that took months to get to me, Angela got my package to me in SMA a few days after it landed in Laredo. She even alerted me as to its impending arrival in SMA. To top it off, they will now bring in your meds and vits directly to your door! It is about time we had this service available to us here. I have been a customer for 10 years, and if changing your address with multiple government agencies and all of your other accounts was not such a pain I would have sought another service years ago. Previous employees made you feel like they were doing you a big favor to get up and check to see if you had any packages, packages could be in the building, but if they hadn’t been sorted yet, come back tomorrow. The space was dirty and unorganized.
What a complete transformation has taken place since new management has taken over, you have to do a double take to make sure you are at the same location. Spotless, organized, you are greeted with a smile and immediately attended to. I actually had it explained for the first time how the charges for delivery of packages is arrived at. In any business, people make all of the difference, and the people who now run Solutions understand the importance of customer service.

The office is extremely organized, the new personnel friendly and attentive and emails and texts are answered in a timely fashion. The messenger service is very reliable; I had a stack of mail collecting in my mailbox and San Miguel Solutions offered to deliver it to my home the next day and followed through on their promise. The new ownership has exceeded all my expectations of what a mail courier service should be.
When I first became aware of these positive changes I talked to Angela, who could not have been more caring and accommodating about a shipment I needed for temperature sensitive medication. Previously, medications could not be shipped from Laredo, Texas to San Miguel but they have now made it not only possible to send medications but for a reasonable fee, refrigerate it in Laredo upon arrival and send it overnight express to San Miguel.
In addition, packages can now be mailed to and from San Miguel for a much more reasonable fee.
