One of the things I love about San Miguel de Allende are the old buildings and churches with their cantera stone facades. When we bought our house here last year, we wanted to add some of that historical magic to our home so for the last several months we’ve been working on a project to make a Cantera Stone Fountain for the front courtyard. There were so many people involved in the project, and in total it took us about 5 months. We think it turned out beautifully and it was a pleasure to work with local artisans to help us complete our vision.
