OUR STRONGEST OVERALL CANDIDATE POOL EVER!
We are reviewing almost 200 scholarship applications, and each time we find amazing stories…
Hear and read their voices of hope and social mobility.
“My effort opens the doors I want…
I am a believer that one should not believe in good luck, but rather we should create that good luck, since if we want something we must work for that something; but above all we must enjoy since everything is part of the process. That’s why the most important part of my life is to enjoy every part of it.
My name is B…, I was born in San Miguel de Allende..My mother works as a cook in a private home, and my father …works mostly as blacksmith. My parents are undoubtedly my greatest example and inspiration, both in different aspects, but especially my mother, she has shown me that everything is possible with effort and determination.
I am the founder of a project that is barely starting, based on helping children and young people who, due to various circumstances, did not learn to read and write. Being the founder of my own project involves me most of the time.
I usually ask for help only with my closest friend, I have the mentality that everything has a solution, so I try to solve things alone, or with the support of my family.
My priority is to enter Tecnológico de Monterrey, because it has a great academic offer with a high level. In addition to offering a scholarship that covers 100% of the tuition, my main objective is prove to myself that I can get ahead doing what I like.
In 5 years I see myself, fulfilling my aspirations, proudly finishing my career, and seeing the opportunities to continue with a master’s degree, in addition to continuing with my social project to help more children.”
