Lakeside Medical Group (LMG) has a Managed Care Agreement with the Mac Hospital in San Miguel for emergency medical treatment for LMG members. As a registered member, you would currently pay a maximum out-of-pocket of $3,000 pesos total for inpatient emergency care and $500 pesos for outpatient emergency treatment. There are no deductibles, copays, or coinsurance even though your Medicare Advantage Plan may have one!

You must be registered with LMG, with the right type of Medicare Advantage Plan, before receiving emergency treatment. Registration is FREE. I can help verify with LMG´s registered Medicare Advantage agents that you have the right Medicare Advantage Plan that would work for you within the LMG medical network in Mexico, in case yours doesn’t already qualify.

If you choose to go straight to the on-line application, please add the code “Ash” in the “Other Policy Information” box to insure an expedited application to avoid waitlists.
