Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful destinations in our country is San Miguel de Allende, a perfect place to explore new places, meet and spend a pleasant afternoon with friends. That is why in this Magical Town, in Casa de Sierra Nevada, a Belmond Hotel, they opened Tunki, a rooftop in collaboration with Handshake that you have to visit.

It is true that currently San Miguel de Allende has many rooftops but we can say that none like Tunki, because it is a new bar with a privileged view of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, has creative cocktails and gastronomy has an inspiration in the richness of Peruvian flavors.

This new place comes hand in hand in collaboration with Handshake, the speakeasy of the Juárez neighborhood in CDMX, which precisely in 2022 was recognized with the 11th place among the best 50 bars in the world.

In Tunki you will find drinks approved 100% for the quality of Handshake, yes, with new proposals that make them unique and that you probably will not find anywhere else.

Each drink carries a unique process, which can even have a preparation of days, with balanced ingredients and flavors that you will want to repeat again.

Peruvian food with a Mexican twist
As for the food, we anticipate that they are delicious Peruvian tapas but with a Mexican touch. Among the cold snacks we recommend the ceviche carretillero that has glazed sweet potato or the bachelor of quinoa and vegetables.

Another must-see is the pachamanca chicken, which has sweet potato puree, crispy potato and roasted baby corn. Of course, do not forget to try some of their desserts, we recommend the Lima sigh.
