PRIME Steak Club Opens New Dining Experience

PRIME Steak Club, a concept that was born three years ago in Mexico City, now opens its doors in San Miguel de Allende, a World Heritage City in the State of Guanajuato.

Today, on behalf of Juan José Álvarez Brunel, Secretary of Tourism of the State of Guanajuato, Yunuen Stephanie Jiménez Mejía, Director of Public Relations, was present at the opening of this new gastronomic experience in the destination, a reflection of the good work that the State Government does together with private investment.

“SECTUR’s commitment to the sector is to continue supporting chefs and restaurants that are committed to settling here and showing the world the good gastronomy we provide. In the State, we serve visitors with the hospitality and warmth that characterizes the people of San Miguel,” said Yunuen Stephanie.

The concept – inspired by the love of meat, grilling and good food – is led by the Grill Master, Gabino López, who designed a culinary experience of another level, evolving the classic steakhouse with fusion dishes of Mexican cuisine, and the widest and most exquisite offer of cuts and qualities of meat. Prepared for 3 different types of cooking with top-notch equipment – Josper, Basque grill and wood-fired to take them to an extraordinary level of flavour.

PRIME Steak Club, located next to the Aqua hotel in El Obraje, is a new gastronomic proposal that not only represents an exciting milestone for the brand and the Group, but also a continuous commitment to the economic growth of the country with a private investment of more than 100 million pesos and the generation of 110 direct jobs in San Miguel de Allende.

The great additional proposal of this restaurant, unique in its style, will be the terrace and garden spaces with tables that have their own grill to strengthen and reinvent the coexistence with family and friends, inspiring customers to become hosts of their own meeting accompanied by grilling experts.

This experience, which will envelop all the senses from beginning to end, also includes: indoor and outdoor children’s area, capacity for private events, pet friendly, strategic location with parking, architecture and atmosphere with a contemporary historical mix that awakens the senses and at the same time treasures calm and naturalness conducive to beautiful encounters.
