Mayor Mauricio Trejo accompanied by his daughter Natalia took the stage to give the official opening of the Candelaria Fair. “My daughter always comes to this fair and every day she brings a new plant to the house and today was no exception, this makes me happy because I see that it is a tradition that we adults like and that it will be inherited by older adults and now the younger ones are adopting it.”
“I congratulate all the exhibitors and the goal these days is to run out of plants because all San Miguel residents are going to bet on having a greener San Miguel,” Trejo Pureco.
At the end of his speech, the mayor asked Alejandro Castro, director, to give away t-shirts with the fair’s logo to all attendees.
