Calladitos’ create a mural welcoming people to San Miguel de Allende

The “Calladitos”, Jorge Peralta, and Adriana Galaz (two Mexican artists) created a mural welcoming people to San Miguel de Allende, which was inaugurated yesterday.
The mural is painted on one of the walls of the Hotel La Estación (on Calzada de la Estación) and represents a great character that welcomes those who are heading to the center of the city to enjoy its attractions such as the emblematic parish church, told the story, Ariadna Galaz.
Los Calladitos adopted this name because they believe that “work is worth more than a thousand words” and they are an artistic duo that has exhibited their works in different parts of the world; in addition, for the realization of this mural they had the support of the renowned tapatío artist Secreto Rebollo, who accompanied them at the official inauguration of the mural.Measuring 15 x 15 meters, it is one of the largest murals in the municipality and is part of the 53 made from 2019.
The inauguration was also attended by the president of the hoteliers, Daniel Velazquez, who owns the lodging establishment, as well as interim mayor Gonzalo González.
