Lavinia Ruiz’s 30 year career as a local picture framer has positioned and earned Lavinia’s Framing as a San Miguel mainstay. Artists and collectors seeking excellence remark that Lavina is known for using materials and employing methods considered as museum quality. Universally recognized photographer Spencer Tunik says picture framers in New York don’t do better and charge a lot more!

The new location includes plenty of airy space with high ceilings. The building will boast a “fusion cafe,” created by Chef Pat Sommer, who plans to serve up tasty dishes with a Cuban flair. Also, a name brand furniture and design boutique, has signed on.

Lavinia’s upcoming NEW LOCATION, Calzada de la Estacion #151 (near the bus station) two doors away from partner company, ZOOMALO MOVING.

Lavina wants readers here to know, there are three additional spaces available for lease, approximately 60m2 ( 650 sq ft) , for lease within the building. The three spaces can be utilized as an artist’s gallery, studio, workshop or classrooms.
