Routes to Roots – Concierto con la Orquesta Juvenil de San Miguel de Allende

Scottish violinist, singer and songwriter Catriona Price launches the musical collaboration project “Routes to Roots” in San Miguel de Allende. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music in London, she has recently been nominated as Scottish Songwriter of the Year. After workshops with the San Miguel de Allende Youth Orchestra, he will collaborate with musicians from Mexico and Chile to create intercultural musical connections. The ‘Routes to Roots’ project, supported by Creative Scotland, seeks to foster understanding between communities through cross-cultural musical collaborations. In collaboration with German cultural manager Christine Lauck, a resident of San Miguel de Allende, Catriona will transform “Routes to Roots” into a global platform for intercultural projects led by artists.
